Every
business person talks about it. Lies about it. Uses lots of fancy terms and
theories to discuss it. And generally screws it up. But
marketing is really a whole lot easier than that.
A former partner said it best, "You ask people what they want - and then you
give it to them." (Oh, and of course, they give you money!)
That's
marketing 101, 201, 301, etc.
What you want doesn't count for squat. Only what they want.
And then you have to figure out the product, pricing,
packaging, promotion, advertising, selling, supporting and even the
collecting.
None of it is
brain surgery, but all those pieces have to be put in one place, and
made to work together. If that isn't enough, things are changing
constantly so you have to endlessly redesign
and modify, and find new ways of keeping the whole scheme rolling.
We
accomplish this using our famous FULL SERVICE MARKETING. Explaining it takes a
bit of time. But in short, think of our great strategies as the Rim
that holds the whole campaign together. The Spokes are individual initiatives (such as advertising, PR, promotion, etc). And databased customer relationship software is the Hub
around which everything else is controlled.
Nobody else has
anything like our Full Service system. We use it to transform
dry plans into poetic advertising, public relations, graphic design and
promotion as well as imaginative sales training and management.
Marketing comes full
circle by combining broad theory, meticulous initiatives, and tight
fisted control. The entire circle of marketing demands can finally be
met. Goals are tightly focused, tactics are precisely directed and
resources tightly deployed. All for the singular purpose of making sales
go up. And up. And up. As quickly as possible.
