person on the planet is an expert on advertising. Or so they think. And
say. But its the very rare individual who can really design, write and
create ads that make the cash register go ka-ching.
In fact, most of the
big name ad agencies know very little about it. We've always wondered
how folks who charge so much for their services could be so ignorant of
what they are trying to do. Except that they're really more interested
in winning awards than selling your stuff.
How about the idiot who
said all you have to do name you company Aardvark so your ad will appear
first in the yellow pages.
We
like to take a slightly more sophisticated approach. Let me revise that.
We like to take a far more sophisticated approach. To work each and
every ad, brochure or other advertising initiative through a through
think-through. To make sure its really on the mark. To get it to work.
And work hard.
In fact, advertising is
just one of the many spokes we use in our tried and true Full Service
Marketing approach.
In short, however, ads
have to be compelling. They have to almost force customers to make a
move to investigate, study, price or buy your product. Yep, we have
first class and highly unusual graphics and copywriting. But underlying
each one is the requirement that they make something happen. Heck, we'll
even write boring or embarrassing copy if that's what it takes to sell
your product.
